Payments
The payment schedule and amounts will be listed on your contract. We have 3 payments to be made before your event. First is the reservation booking, a second made a couple of months out, and a third before your event or on the day of. Your last payment or Final Service Invoice will be paid after the event (see below).
The amounts and due dates listed on your contract are determined by the number of services requested (vendors), amount of pre-ordered products (lei, site decorations, etc.), and the proximity of your event.
A non-returnable minimum $100 booking reservation payment will reserve your date and reservation with our vendors.
An amount approximately 50% of the total contract price including (including booking reservation) will be due approximately 60 days before the event date. This will reconfirm our reservation with our service and product vendors. Note: This payment may coincide with or be requested shortly thereafter your $100 booking reservation payment depending upon the date of your event.
The remaining balance is due before your ceremony begins. We can accept a cash payment in U.S. dollars on event day and before the ceremony begins or payment can be made via credit card using our website PayPal account, both in the amounts indicated on your contract. Payment is collected by the photographer.
It's best pay the exact amounts listed on your contract. It just makes it easier when payments match the contract. You may combine your reservation and 2nd payment if each are near. With that said, we suggest not making your last payment until required.
State taxes of 4.712% tax are additional to all contract and payment amounts except, those made in cash U.S. dollars.
Credit card transaction fees are additional to all payments made by credit card and are paid by you. PayPal transaction fees are calculated by Paypal after a payment is made consequently, we cannot incorporate the amount into your contract totals. The average domestic (U.S> card and bank) PayPal fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Foreign credit cards and banks may have higher fees. Go to the PayPal site if you want specific rates before making a payment. Note: We may recieve a lower discount fee based upon our monthly volume and this discount will be passed on to you.
Final Service Invoice Payment
This is your last payment to us as per the contract. We'll pay the credit card fees for this payment. The incoice will be emailed after your event and includes PayPal transaction fees, service and/or products ordered last minute and not included on the contract.
