Ceremony Permits

A ceremony permit including liability insurance is required for all ocean beach ceremonies for professionals and participants. Permits have a (30) person maximum limit.

We apply for and pay for the permit which is based up the area used. We include in our packagesa, the cost for a permit. Larger ceremonies that require more space increase the permit cost and are additionally charged.

FYI: Technically, there are no private beaches in Hawaii except, the man-made lagoons fronting the hotels at Ko Olina. With that said, some public beaches have restricted access and only through private property where permission.
