We accept major credit cards through Square and PayPal.

Your credit card transaction fees are collected with your "Final Service Invoice" after the event. The average fee for United States PayPal and Square transactions is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and higher for foreign bank credit cards.

We may also accept a cash payment on ceremony day before services begin. This will eliminate credit card transaction fees. Payments must be in U.S. dollars to the lead vendor, the photographer or minister.

Booking & Reservation

A booking and reservation payment will reserve your date/time and lock -in your contract prices. Please pay the exact amount listed on your contract and/or you may combine with future payments due on your contract. 

Note: This is part of your total amount dues and not an extra charge.

Interval Payments (if any)

Interval payments due by the date listed to continue your reservation. Please pay the exact amount listed on your contract. You may combine payment amounts due.

Note: Unless this payment is due or near the event date, we suggest not making this payment until, it's due.  All payments are not returnable.

Contract Balance

The remaining balance listed on your contract for services and products is due before your ceremony begins either by credit card or in cash U.S. dollars. Please pay the exact amount listed on your contract. This amount does not include credit card transaction fees.

Final Service Invoice

An invoice will be sent after the ceremony day which will include credit card transaction fees, any additional products or services ordered and not listed on the contract, and any other monies due as per our contract terms. Payment must be received before any full size JPEG photos can be released. This is your last payment. We'll pay for any credit card fees generated from this payment.
