Booking & Reservation Payments

General:

It's pretty simple. Agree to the draft contract we send you, make sure all the information is correct, and make your reservation payment. You're all set to go.

 

 

Payments:

 

- All payments and the due dates will be listed on your contract.
 

- A $100 non-returnable reservation booking fee will secure your date, time, and location. This amount is included as your service total and is not an additional fee.

 

Note: An additional amount (subtracted from your total due) may be added to the $100 based upon the nearness of the event, the number of vendors, products ordered, and the specifics of your event.

 

- An additional non-returnable 2nd payment may be requested based upon the nearness of the event, the number of vendors, products ordered, and the specifics of your event. Amount and due date (if any) will be listed on your contract and must be paid for your reservation to be held.

 

- Final payment of contract amount are to be paid before services begin.


Note: If we have allowed you the option of making a cash payment, please have it ready to give to our lead vendor on the day, photographer or minister. If you forget to make the cash payment, you must make payment via credit card using our website before (if requested) or following the ceremony on that day. The marriage license cannot be submitted and photos processed for selection until, payment is received.
