We've transferred files 100% successfully and without a problem to clients all over the world.

 

Your media files will be available for download from We Transfer for (30) days thereafter, it is automatically removed. Please download your photos within this time.

 

Photos can be reposted for another (30) days for $25. You can also share the download link with others.

- Follow the instructions from "WeTransfer".

- Do not download to a mobile phone. The files are way too large.

- Photos will be downloaded to your “Download” folder on your computer or where you direct.

- Depending upon your Internet connection speed, download for cable or fiber should be within a few minutes and longer if you ordered (ALL) the photos.

- Always check after download to make sure you received all the files. Open a file to make sure they work. Note: If it says "corrupted" or the folder or files doen't open, see below.

- Important: We suggest duplicating the folder to archive and back-up your photos. While we do keep your photos for a pretty long time and as space allows, we are not an archive service, nor do we include that as a service consequently, we do not save files indefinitely. If you do loose you files, get back to us and we'll check if we still have them.


TROUBLE SHOOTING:

If you see a “corrupted file” or “files are missing” message or the download gets "stuck" and you see the circling wheel icon, either your internet connection is being interrupted  and/or you have a weak connection at the moment.

Here's what you can do step-by-step:

 

- Do not do other tasks while downloading, devote your computer solely to the download.

 

- Do not let your computer go to “sleep”.

 

- Download late at night or after peak Internet periods i.e. during peak internet traffic in your area.

- Do not use WiFi while others are connected to your network to ensure you are receiving the entire bandwidth of your connection.

- If that doesn't do it, you may have a weak WiFi and will need to use a direct wire connection from your modem/router to your computer or laptop. Usually, if you do all the above, this will not be necessary.

- Never use public access WiFi.

- Use another computer or a different Internet connection.

- Let us know. We'll test and download using the same link from our side. If it works, the problem is on your side. Follow instructions above.

- If you still can't get it to work, you have to order a DVD disk (free) or USB stick from us for an additional cost.
