A permit including liability insurance is required for all ocean beach ceremonies for professionals and participants. No worries, we take care of this.
DLNR permits have a (30) person maximum limit. If you have more, you will be solely responsible for all actions and additional fees.
FYI: There are no private beaches in Hawaii i.e. use exclusively. All are public except, the beach coves at Ko Olina are semi-private and ceremonies are not allowed.
